Description

The role will focus primarily on:

  • Organising company events, conferences and internal gatherings
  • Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
  • Producing reports and presentations for senior management
  • Handling general office administration and ad hoc tasks
  • Maintaining the current filing and database, and looking for ways of improvement

Required skills and qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an office operations function, ideally in an international  environment
  • Experienced in using Google Calendar scheduling and MacBook
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to details and a problem solving attitude
  • Strong organizer with ability to create processes that simplify task
  • Independent, self-motivator, and adaptable
